This Privacy Policy describes how Redo Technology, Inc. (“Redo,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, stores, and shares information when you use the Redo Creators Portal and Creator Commerce platform (“Platform”). By using the Platform, you consent to the practices described in this policy.
1. Information We Collect
We collect the following categories of information:
Account Information
Email address, name, and login credentials provided when you create an account.
Profile Information
Display name, location, bio, and other details you provide in your creator profile.
Instagram and Social Media Data
When you connect your Instagram account, we may access your Instagram username, user ID, profile picture, follower count, and — with your authorization — direct message conversations, message content, and media attachments exchanged between you and connected brand accounts. This data is collected through the Instagram/Meta API in accordance with Meta Platform Terms.
Performance Data
If you opt in, we may collect engagement metrics such as impressions, reach, clicks, and sales attributed through tracked links or affiliate codes.
Usage Data
Information about how you interact with the Platform, including pages visited, features used, and actions taken.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Operate, maintain, and improve the Platform
- Facilitate connections between creators and brands
- Display conversation history and messages in the inbox
- Provide brands with aggregated campaign performance data
- Match creators with relevant brand opportunities
- Communicate with you about your account and Platform updates
- Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, or violations of our Terms of Service
- Comply with legal obligations
3. Meta Platform Data
We access certain data through Meta’s Instagram API (“Platform Data”). Our use of Platform Data is governed by Meta’s Platform Terms and Developer Policies in addition to this Privacy Policy.
Specifically:
- We only access Instagram data that you explicitly authorize
- Platform Data is used solely to provide the services described in this policy
- We do not sell Platform Data to third parties
- We do not use Platform Data for purposes unrelated to providing our services
- We delete Platform Data when you disconnect your Instagram account or request deletion
- We maintain appropriate security measures to protect Platform Data
4. Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored securely using Supabase, a cloud database platform with encryption at rest and in transit. We implement industry-standard security measures including access controls, encryption, and regular security reviews to protect your information.
While we strive to protect your data, no method of electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.
5. Data Sharing and Processors
We may share your information with the following categories of recipients:
Brands and Advertisers
Brands you interact with through the Platform may see your profile information, conversation history, and aggregated performance metrics related to their campaigns.
Service Providers (Data Processors)
We use third-party service providers to help operate the Platform. These include Supabase (database and storage) and other infrastructure providers. These providers only process data on our behalf and are contractually obligated to protect your information.
Legal Requirements
We may disclose information if required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request. We review all government requests for legal validity, provide only the minimum data required, and maintain documentation of all requests received and our responses.
6. Data Retention
We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide our services. When you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal information within 30 days, except where we are required by law to retain it.
Instagram Platform Data is deleted when you disconnect your Instagram account from the Platform or when you request deletion.
7. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal information:
- Access: Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you
- Correction: Request correction of inaccurate information
- Deletion: Request deletion of your personal information
- Portability: Request a machine-readable copy of your data
- Withdrawal of Consent: Revoke your consent for data processing at any time
- Objection: Object to processing of your personal information in certain circumstances

8. Cookies and Tracking
We use essential cookies to maintain your session and authentication state. We do not use third-party advertising cookies or trackers on the Platform.
9. Children's Privacy
The Platform is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that we have collected data from a child under 18, we will promptly delete it.
10. International Data Transfers
Your information may be stored and processed in the United States. By using the Platform, you consent to the transfer of your information to the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those in your country.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
