These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Redo Creator Commerce platform, website, and related services (collectively, the “Platform”) operated by Redo Technology, Inc. (“Redo,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By creating an account, opting in, or participating in any Creator Commerce program, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
Redo Creator Commerce allows creators to receive products from brands, share content at their discretion, and optionally connect performance data so brands can understand outcomes such as impressions, clicks, and sales.
Redo does not require creators to post content unless otherwise agreed directly with a brand, and serves solely as a technology platform and facilitator.
To use the Platform as a creator, you must:

Redo may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, exhibit suspicious activity, or harm brands, users, or the Platform.
Brands may send products to creators through the Platform. Products may include excess inventory, returns, or standard SKUs. Unless explicitly stated otherwise:
Some brands may request specific deliverables. Any such requirements will be clearly disclosed before participation. If you choose to post content, it must be honest and authentic, comply with platform rules and FTC disclosure guidelines, and avoid false or misleading claims.
The Platform integrates with Instagram and other social media services to facilitate communication between creators and brands. When you connect your Instagram account, you authorize Redo to:
Your Instagram data is handled in accordance with Meta’s Platform Terms and our Privacy Policy. You may disconnect your Instagram account at any time, which will stop further data collection.
Creators may optionally connect social accounts to allow Redo to access performance data such as impressions, reach, engagement, clicks, and sales attributed through tracked links. Only data you explicitly authorize will be accessed.
Performance data is used to show brands aggregated campaign results, improve creator matching, and provide creators with visibility into outcomes. Redo does not sell creator performance data to third parties.
Some campaigns may include tracked links or codes. If you choose to use them:
Creators are responsible for complying with platform and tax requirements related to any earnings.
Creators agree not to:
Redo may remove creators who harm trust, platform integrity, or the experience of other users.
You retain ownership of all content you create. By participating in Creator Commerce, you grant Redo and participating brands a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to view your posted content and share performance results tied to that content for the purpose of operating the Platform.
Brands may not use your content for advertising, marketing, or any other purpose beyond viewing and performance analysis unless you provide separate written permission.
Any relationship between a creator and a brand is independent of Redo. Redo acts solely as a technology facilitator and is not responsible for brand fulfillment delays, product quality, communication issues, or payment disputes.
Redo does not guarantee that any brand will select you for campaigns, send products, or make payments.
Your privacy is important to us. Our collection, use, and sharing of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Creators are solely responsible for reporting and paying any applicable taxes related to products received, earnings from affiliate links, or any other compensation received through the Platform. Redo does not provide tax advice and may issue tax forms as required by law.
You may stop using the Platform and close your account at any time by contacting us at creators@redo.com. Upon account closure, we will delete your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Redo may suspend or terminate your access immediately, without prior notice, if these Terms are violated, fraud is suspected, or platform standards are not met. Sections 9, 13, 14, 15, and 16 survive termination.
THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
Participation does not guarantee campaigns, earnings, exposure, or any particular outcome. Redo does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, REDO AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM.
IN NO EVENT SHALL REDO'S TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE GREATER OF $100 OR THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID TO REDO IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Redo and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, your content, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
Redo may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
